Armbeep device will be shipped out within three business days. All orders, including free shipping. All orders are shipped with a delivery signature required. You are responsible for all duties and customs taxes when picking up your Armbeep device. All Armbeep trackers are shipped from Slovenia, Europe.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


If you are not satisfied with Armbeep you can easily return all the Armbeep trackers purchased. If you use the Armbeep Watch app, just write to us to request a refund. We offer you a full refund on the Armbeep within 30 days of the purchase/delivery Armbeep tracker or the date of buying Armbeep Core or Elite products. Simply contact us and in 24h you will receive details on how to return the Armbeep tracker. We will refund your purchase if you provide us with the original receipt and if the Armbeep tracker purchased is in good condition and must be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Once we receive your item (Armbeep tracker in the original package), we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
