No connection to the PC
If the device does not connect to the PC:
- Check the USB port on your PC and micro USB on your device and try to clean them.
- Try another USB port on your PC.
- Try to connect your device to another PC.
- Check the USB cable, if the contacts are OK.
- Try with another USB cable.
- Check, if you have updated your PC to the latest version.
