No connection to the PC

If the device does not connect to the PC:

  1. Check the USB port on your PC and micro USB on your device and try to clean them.
  2. Try another USB port on your PC.
  3. Try to connect your device to another PC.
  4. Check the USB cable, if the contacts are OK.
  5. Try with another USB cable.
  6. Check, if you have updated your PC to the latest version.
